Looking for a place to stay close to the Puccini festival? This cozy B&B offers a location within easy walking distance of the festival. Enjoy access to free bikes for exploring, and don't miss the complimentary aperitif each night. Rooms feature comfortable beds, and some come with a private bathroom. the Italian breakfast is delicious and filling. While wifi can be spotty, the staff's hospitality more than makes up for it.

The aperitif provided every night at no extra charge was a delightful touch. the breakfasts were amazing, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. the transfer to Pisa train station was much appreciated, making our onward journey to Verona seamless. the location, being so close to the Puccini festival, was perfect for us as tourists.
Felt safe, no complaints.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel near the lake and festival. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful with transportation and sightseeing. The hotel facilities were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options to choose from.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! First of all, the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. They were always available to help and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. Secondly, the location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the nearby lake and attending the Puccini festival. I was able to easily walk to the lake and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Lastly, the rooms were well-equipped with great facilities, including air conditioning which was a lifesaver during the hot weather. It was a great value for money and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
There was nothing I could fault about this hotel.

Great location close to the lake and perfect for attending the opera. the staff was wonderful and went above and beyond to accommodate us. the breakfast was delicious and we loved relaxing in the charming hotel gardens.
Although the room was clean and comfortable, there were a few minor issues such as a broken sofa and some plant debris on the bed cover.

The hospitality of the staff was wonderful, and they were incredibly welcoming. The breakfast offered was delicious and had a great variety. The location was very convenient to the local attractions and had easy access to transportation. the evening aperitif was a great touch and added to the overall pleasant experience.
There were some minor communication difficulties due to language barriers, but we were able to overcome them with the help of a translation app. The Wi-Fi was a bit spotty, but it wasn't a major issue as we were able to enjoy the other aspects of the hotel.
